Originally formed in 1999 as ‘Bowers Electrical Engineering Services’ (BEES) and based in Northampton, our journey has been one of evolution and innovation. What started as a focus on electrical engineering has blossomed into something far greater. Today, BEES stands as a beacon of excellence, serving both national and international clients as specialists in machine control & automation, alongside our expertise in decontamination equipment.

Remaining true to our roots as a family-owned business, BEES has expanded into a nationwide force, boasting six distinct departments dedicated to serving you better. It’s important to continually invest in the next generation of engineers, which is why we believe in recruiting and nurturing new talent from within the business. Our inhouse Apprenticeship programme continually helps towards business development and the expansion of our work force. The BEES Apprenticeship programme is designed to do this.

A unique opportunity to work across the different business sectors and learn all aspects of electrical and mechanical engineering. You will undertake a nationally recognised qualification and workplace training whilst you earn. We work with the local relevant training authorities to give you ongoing support and guidance.
